The controversy surrounding deputy
President William Ruto's case at the International Criminal court has taken a
different turn after cord leader accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of fixing
Ruto.
According to Mr. Odinga, Moses Kuria
worked as an employee and political assistant for Mr. Kenyatta during the time
witnesses in the Ruto case were being procured.
“Moses Kuria was an employee and a
political assistant to Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta when he arranged the procuring of
witnesses to fix Deputy President William Ruto,” Mr. Odinga stated.
The opposition leader claimed that it can
therefore be presumed that the work done by the Gatundu South MP was done on
behalf of his employer, Uhuru Kenyatta.
This comes after allegations by Kuria the
he alongside Narc-Kenya leader, Martha Karua and Kisumu senator Anyang Ny'ongo
had a hand in sending Ruto to the ICC.
Mr. Odinga demanded that President
Kenyatta 'come out and tell the truth to all Kenyans’
Ms. Karua strongly denied the allegations
leveled against her and went ahead to obtain a court order barring Mr. Kuria
from Associating her with Ruto's case.
