Bobbi Kristina's family files new lawsuit against Nick Gordon

Kristina’s appointed administrator, who was appointed a conservator while she was alive, added a wrongful death count to the lawsuit against nick Gordon.
In the amended lawsuit leveled against Gordon, he is accused of fighting with his girlfriend on Jan 31, accusing her of cheating, before giving her a “toxic cocktail,” and when she fell unconscious he put her face down in the bathtub.
The family of Whitney Houston’s daughter who died two weeks ago claim her boyfriend gave he a “toxic cocktail” and the put her face down in a bath of cold water.

In a lawsuit filed in Fulton county superior court, Atlanta, they accuse Nick Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from Bobbi Kristina’s account into his own without permission.
The family have added the claims to an original lawsuit filed on June 24 against him.
Brown, the 22-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, died on July 26- six months after being found unresponsive at her home in Roswell
She never regained consciousness and was moved to hospice care in June.
The amended complaint, filed today, adds wrongful death count.
It alleges that around 6am on January 31 Gordon returned after “being out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge.”
They claim the couple got into a heated argument starting in the living and moving to the upstairs bedroom.
Gordon, 25, allegedly accused Bobbi Kristina of cheating and called her names, the lawsuit alleges.
The dispute lasted about 30 minutes and then “everything went quiet.”
The family’s lawsuit claims that Gordon “gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”
