An administration police attached to Olosios police station in Kajiado county was caught red handed while defiling a twelve year old by the girl's mother. Patrick Musyoki, a married man and father of three had been carrying on an illicit affair with the standard five pupil for three months.
The girl was lured into the relatioship with cash and a promise of marriage. The victim's mum had sent her to the shop when she witnessed her suddenly take a detour to Musyoki's house. she followed her and caught them having sex in the sitting room.
The police officer and the minor were tested at the Nairobi Women's hospital, Rongai and results confirmed a sexual relationship between the two.
