The rapper and his 3 year old daughter were spotted heading to a restaurant in Philadelphia yesterday as Beyonce celebrated her 34th birthday. Jay Z kept a close eye on his little girl wearing a camouflage print t-shirt, jeans and his trademark Timberland boots.
