Are kenyans among the 28 Athletes with positive tests from '05, '07 world champs?

The IAAF announced on Tuesday that it had initiated disciplinary action against 28 athletes after they retested samples from 2005 and 2007 world championships with new technology that uncover previously undetectable substances and found 32 adverse doping cases.
The IAAF did not name any of the 28 athletes, who produced 32 positive findings in tests from the 2005 championships in Helsinki and the 2007 worlds in Osaka, Japan, "due to the legal process
"A large majority of the 28 are retired, some are athletes who have already been sanctioned, and only very few remain active in sport," the IAAF said.
However, the tracks and field's governing body said none of the athletes will be competing in the upcoming world championships in Beijing, which begin Aug. 22.
The inquiry has raised the ire of some Kenyan athletes, former marathon world record holder Wilson Kipsang said that the reputation of Kenyan runners will be badly damaged by the doping claims, as some of the Kenyan runners implicated are top medal winners.
